This simple to put together, tubular steel interlocking pieces easily go together to build one of the best hitting nets I have worked with. This will be a very durable hitting net. The interlocking tubular steel frame pieces were easily marked and the building instructions were simple and easy to follow.Pro tip on when to feed the net through the frame. Put the entire frame together. Lay the net out so the GOLFPAPI logo is facing up.Separate the top somewhere in the middle and feed the net onto 1/2 of the top of the frame. Then reconnect the top part of the frame and then spread the netting down the tubes to the base. Easy peasy! The net is very easy to move out of the way so the mowers can do their weekly mowing, until we lay down the permanent practice area slab. The size is large, which I like for outdoors and having the shank nets is a nice touch until the practice slab is down and we enclose the entire area in net. This is a very good practice net. Durable frame, the netting is also thicker than most others and the shank zone is a must to keep the neighbors happy!I highly recommend this item if you are looking for a high quality practice net that will last several seasons.
This net is exactly what I hoped it would be. I chose it over others that were very similar but twice the cost. The frame and netting are plenty heavy and sturdy for home use and probably commercial use as well. I’ve only hit a couple hundred shots into it so no long term durability experience here but it should last for several thousand shots as advertised. The ball comes right back to you most of the time so you don’t need a bucket of balls for practice. The 10’ model is huge! Most may only need the 7.5’ model. I chose the larger because my young son has a tendency to shank a ball occasionally. When hitting a lofted wedge you may need to scoot up a bit closer to the net.
I purchased this unit as a returned product with the associated lower price. The product was easy to assemble and works very well. The durability seems reasonable for the cost. Heavy hitters with a high club head speed may find it a little light weight.
The metal structure is far superior to the ones that use fiberglass tent poles.
Great net, bounces closer to the sides is a little higher but overall it returns and bounces right back onto the hitting matt.
So far its holding up well. Took me about 20 minutes to put up.
This net does exactly what it’s supposed to do—it provides a reliable setup for golf practice at home. The steel frame feels sturdy, the mesh is strong, and the shank protection on the sides adds peace of mind.It is a bit on the expensive side, but the build quality and size make it worth it for me. Beyond just improving my swing, it’s also become a fun way to spend some bonding time with my kids.
While on the pricier side, this practice net is a winner hands down. I married this with a nice, thick golf mat having multiple faux grass heights as well as three different tee heights. Together, they make a dynamite training aid that you can use all year round with some creativity. This could get installed in half a garage for some winter practice (up north here....) or in the yard of your southern home on a mostly permanent basis. Very well constructed, this is a prime (no pun intended) example of getting what you pay for. You don't want cheaply made, thin and weak netting for blasting 160-mile an hour drives into. Unless of course you lie about your numbers.....Highly recommended with four stars. One star deducted for exceptionally high price, despite excellent quality. Hope this was helpful!
I bought the 10-foot GOLFPAPI Pro Golf Practice Net on July 11th, and it’s hands-down the best training investment I’ve made this year. I’ve tried cheaper nets before, but they either sagged, tore, or couldn’t handle real driver swings. This one? It’s a beast. The steel frame is solid and heavy-duty, and the 1” high-tension mesh absorbs impact like a pro-grade simulator. I’ve hit hundreds of balls into it—drivers, irons, even low shanks—and it hasn’t flinched. The side shank protection is a brilliant touch. It’s saved me from chasing rogue shots across the yard more than once.Setup was surprisingly smooth for something this size. The instructions were clear, and once it’s up, it feels like a permanent fixture. I’ve used it both indoors (garage) and outdoors, and it holds up beautifully in either setting. No wobble, no sag, no drama. It’s not just for practice—it’s become my go-to stress reliever. I’ll sneak in a few swings between meetings or after dinner, and it’s like having a private range at home. At $399, it’s an investment, but the quality and durability make it worth every penny. If you’re serious about improving your game—or just want a reliable net that won’t collapse after a few sessions—this is the one to get.
Praxctice4 at home safely without losing all your golf balls.this net is very nice, professional even, safely smash your drives into this netting so you aren't looking for all your balls or losing them, while working on your swing.A great item for any golfer.Sets up easily in a few minutes, portable, well made, strong enough to stop your hits.A great value for a useful item for any practicing golfer.
I went with the 10-foot version of this net. I definitely recommend the 10ft size variation if you have the space. I’ve had smaller nets in the past and regretted it getting the larger version. The assembly instructions are not very detailed, but once it is assembled, the quality speaks for itself. The frame is heavy-duty and feels very stable. The net has plenty of tension and easily stops full shots without any concern. The side shank nets are a great addition and do a good job catching mishits.I’ve used it in the garage with my Mevo Flightscope and also in the backyard. It works well in both setups and has held up with no issues. The return feature is a nice bonus and helps keep practice sessions on the flight scope efficient.
This golf return net features a steel frame, high-tension mesh, and side panels to prevent shanks from escaping. It comes in two sizes and can handle high-velocity hits with ease. Setup takes a bit of effort, but it’s rock solid once in place.I’ve been practicing in the backyard, and it’s handled drivers and irons like a champ. The return angle is nice — it saves me from chasing balls. Definitely more durable than pop-up nets, and it folds down well for storage.
Awesome net and better than expected for the price. The only downside fall is that the balls fly back to you pretty fast
I'm really impressed with this GOLF PAPI Golf Practice Net – I like this net, I have no issues with it!Yes, it will take some time to set it up as it came in pieces, but that's pretty standard for a net of this size and quality. The key is to follow the instructions carefully. If you do that and set it up correctly, this is a great net that feels very secure and stable.A standout feature is the shank protection, which is a huge plus for peace of mind, especially when you're really trying to swing away. I truly don't have any complaints about this product. It's a nice, durable net that feels like it will hold up well to repeated use, whether you're setting it up in your backyard, garage, or for simulator practice. It's a solid investment for improving your golf game.
Instructions could be better but you can figure it out if you scratch your head enough. Seems pretty durable im keeping it in the garage not sure how it would hold up outside. I like the built in shank net. Works as it should. I got 10ft and it’s way bigger than i expected I could have gotten the smaller one and been just as happy.
