I am pleasantly surprised by how light this thing is yet how strong! And... It's easy to setup. The poles are like tent poles but 3x stronger. It's height is good as long as you are out front of it. You can't do a full swing with a driver in it and your simulator won't be able to sense the ball. As long as you're not shanking it, it's perfect! The screen was a great bonus in that it is brilliant and durable! Love, love, love this thing! It's a great value. Keep in mind, this does NOT come with projector or simulator. You have to purchase that separately (next purchase).
This a great golf simulator net. It is very large. The parts are heavy and seem to be very sturdy. My one complaint is that the provided instructions were not very clear but I was able to navigate through it. This will definitely help with my swing. A great practice net.
I set this up in my garage to practice at home, and once it is assembled it is excellent. The frame and screen feel heavy and sturdy, so it stays in place even with full swings. I like that it gives me confidence to hit without worrying about movement or wobble.Setup does take some time the first round, especially if you are doing it solo, but the build quality makes that tradeoff worth it. After getting it together, it has worked great for regular sessions and has held up well.If I had one wish, it would be a slightly faster initial assembly process. Overall this is a strong five star option if you want a stable practice screen for home golf training.
Alright, I have to start with the one downside I have of this setup. My roommate hosel-rocketed an iron shot into the side netting, and the ball went clean through and put a hole in our wall, oops. To my recollection, that is the only shot we have had on the net that went into the side netting. So if it happens again, I will edit this review.Obviously, you arent hitting the side netting very often, but I would have expected it to stop the ball still. Hence, I have to knock it down to a 4-star. If it wasn't for that, It would be a resounding 5-star review.Net frame is REALLY well put together and the setup was pretty easy. I will concur with another reviewer that the net is slightly smaller than what was advertised, but this didnt bother me. Impact screen is very nice, but a tad lighter and thinner than other impact screens I've seen, but this was expected at this price point. At $300 for everything, I think its a great product and an amazing value. If it wasnt for the one side netting issue (which I already tied off for what its worth), I would be over the moon.Still very happy.
I get a lot of offers for golf nets, but this one is the king. $300 for a 10x8 AND an impact screen? Are you freaking kidding me? BARGAIN.Setup was an absolute breeze, took less than 10 minutes. It's a LITTLE off on size - it's really more 9.5x7.75, but it's close enough you won't notice. The netting is nice and strong without being thick and heavy. Whilst I'm not a good golfer, I am a STRONG golfer, and the impact screen can take my launches without so much as a smudge. I really have zero complaints about this net. If I saw it in a golf pro shop for $400 I'd still say you should buy it. Really great value here.
