We got this 7.5" golf simulator projector screen to also use for outdoor movies and to use while camping. We have a small portable projector and like to show a movie or two just for fun. Nothing major, just a few people together. The material is a lightweight polyester but is very durable. It is easy to set up as we just use clips to secure it in place. The image quality is good and it's bright at night. There is not any glare from other lights or any noticeable distortion in the quality of the image that is projected on it.When done we roll it up as opposed to folding it when done so there are not any creases to have to deal with when it is used the next time. It's great that it is durable and made better than many regular outdoor projector screens. It will hold up and isn't as affected by the elements.
This screen has held up to me whacking a driver into it for a few weeks so far with no marks or tears. The material is also quite and shows a clear projection.I can't seem to get the fold creases out. But If your building a home golf simulator this is a great option for the price!
If you already own a Golf Papi practice net and want to take your training to the next level, this simulator screen is the perfect addition. It’s designed specifically to transform your existing setup into a full projector-based simulator environment. The fabric is a lightweight polyester that is surprisingly durable; it handles high-velocity shots with ease but is still light enough to fold up or roll away in seconds. It’s a great way to build a high-end practice space in your garage or basement without having to buy a bulky, expensive enclosure system. One of the best things about this screen is the "soft-impact" design. It does a fantastic job of absorbing the ball's speed, which significantly reduces that annoying bounce-back you get with some cheaper setups. This makes it feel much safer for indoor use, as you don't have to worry about the ball flying back at you after a drive. Just keep in mind that this listing is for the screen only, so you'll need the Golf Papi frame to hang it on. For anyone looking to get realistic visual feedback on their swing at home, this is a five-star upgrade that is super easy to install and maintain!
I picked up this lightweight sim screen as an add‑on for my Golf Papi net, hoping it would tighten up the look of my setup and give me a smoother surface for projected shots. The fit is accurate for the 7.5 ft and 10 ft nets, and installation is straightforward—just clip it on and tension it evenly. The material is thin but surprisingly uniform, so it does clean up the hitting area visually. That said, this is very much a lightweight screen. It’s fine for casual practice or as a backdrop, but it’s not built to absorb repeated high‑speed impacts. You’ll still hear the ball smack the net behind it, and the screen will ripple with harder shots. If you’re expecting a true impact screen experience, this isn’t that. It’s more of a cosmetic and light‑use accessory than a performance upgrade. For golfers who just want a cleaner look or a basic projection surface, it does the job. For anyone hitting driver regularly or looking for a more premium simulator feel, you’ll want something heavier and more durable.
We bought this to replace our old simulator screen that had gotten worn out from years of ball abuse. Not saying I’m a crusher… but some of my buddies definitely put a serious bruise on the ball! The quality of the screen and netting is excellent and feels like it will hold up well for years to come. Assembly was easy, especially with the setup we already have. Compared to similar products, the value for the price is really solid.Overall, this is a great replacement and a worthwhile upgrade.
